Folk art colours - received old stock the colour is dry and less thn half bottle quantity
The colour bottles are dry and less thn half bottle...doesn't match up the description... folkart being a good brand we spend more money but we don't get the quantity in the bottles. It gives of feeling being cheated with the money we have spent for the colours...I request you to look into the matter and provide a solution.

The bottles were all opened, there was no seal on them except for one. Seemed to be refilled
