Labrada Nutrition Lean Body Hi-Protein Meal Replacement Shake, Cinnamon Bun, 2.47 Pound Packaging May Vary

I absolutely LOVE this!! I've been experimenting with ways to increase my protein intake and improve my nutritional balance, so I decided to try meal replacement shakes. Surprisingly, this one-- which I bought based on its reviews and my boyfriend's knowledge of the brand-- is not only a great supplement, but it is also absofreakinglutely delicious! I am always super skeptical when I read that in a review for protein products, but for the flavor I tried, it was shockingly true. There is 0 (and I mean ZERO) "whey taste" or aftertaste that I can detect; I've never had another powder where this wasn't a problem or at least an unpleasantry. This "cinnamon bun" flavor tastes like a dish my Dad used to make with white rice, milk, sugar, and cinnamon, and it has a nice, creamy texture in plain water. I would agree with many in that it is very sweet, but I personally do not think it's TOO much so, and actually appreciate that it is as sweet as it is, because I think it satisfies my snack urges more. I haven't tried their other flavors, but I want to now (though it will be hard not to order the cinnamon kind again). The other great thing about it is that it mixes so smoothly with water; when I use a shaker bottle, there are absolutely no clumps (another fantastic surprise), and when I'm in a hurry and just stir it into a glass, the clumping is minimal. I'm really excited to see how this discovery helps me on my way to my health goals!

I did a lot of research before buying this and this protein meal replacement shake is just as advertised: great tasting, easily mixed, and chock-filled with quality ingredients that give my body what I need to work out hard and recover fast. I drink 'em every morning, after a good workout, and mix in my own extra goodies (e.g., chia seeds, flax seed, powdered peanut butter, fruit, ice) with the result that it tastes better to me than a real milk shake, with none of the guilt. Amazingly, I don't tire of the taste, either, (except for the cinnamon bun flavor), possibly because I mix it up between chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla, as well as with a lot of different fruits and additives for quite a variety of yummy flavors. My only complaint is that the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor is not available for a monthly subscription on Amazon (and why exactly is that, when all of the others are?). That's easy to remedy, however, with a spoonful of PB2 (check it out), which is delicious and nutritious in its own right. Mmmm.

Of the flavors I’ve tried so far,(chocolate, cinnamon bun,coffee, strawberry) I think this has been my least favorite. It’s not that it’s terribly by any means. It’s just a bit too overwhelming in my opinion. As some have said, it is reminiscent of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. But it’s like the milk left in the bowl, but if you dumped a teaspoon or two of Splenda in at the end. Just really artificially sweet when it doesn’t have to be. The flavor is nice and would be great if it was so overpowering with the sweetness. WhT I’ve been doing is mixing one scoop of cinnamon bun and one scoop of chocolate. So then it’s like a nice chocolate cinnamon drink. It really mellows it out for me, otherwise I don’t think I’d finish the bottle.

I got the cinnamon bun flavor. Tasted absolutely dreadful. Every time I drank it I had to hold my nose to stop myself from tasting it because if I did I'd gag and vomit. The only good thing about buying this was that it came with several medium sized bags of different flavors as samples. I believe I got chocolate, chocolate ice cream, classic chocolate, and vanilla. I never tried them, instead giving them to a relative. It's a no from me, but the relative did like the other flavors. Just skip the cinnamon one.

I have tasted many protein shakes and hate 70% of them due to taste or texture. This one is fantastic. It tastes like a creamy vanilla milkshake with a touch of cinnamon. It's so good I would drink it if I were craving something sweet. Others complained that it's sweetened with fake sugar. I don't really care. I do worse things to my body and would rather avoid the real sugar in my diet. The combo of the macronutrients is perfect and I love that it provides a massive serving of fiber (for those of us on high-protein diets). I felt satiated until my next scheduled mealtime and am very pleased with my purchase.

So overall I absolutely love loveeee the CINNABUN FLAVOR my first mistake at first when I tried it i added a scoop of pb powder, and that over power the flavor to extreme sweetness yes I admit is a bit tad sweet, but you can work your way around it to make it more enjoyable to drink, so what i did in order to cut the sweetness I just simply use one scoop, 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper ( I love the spice and the kick that comes with it ) , 3 cut slices of banana, than once it blends I add 3 sprinkle of cinnamon I absolutely love it,

I love this brand of meal replacement. The cinnamon bun flavor is way too sweet though for me and i love cinnamon buns. Chocolate has a weird smell and i was Nervous at first but it tasted awesome. Nice and thick so it feels more like a meal than a normal protein shake.

Does not give bloating tummy, unlike many other products. It is almost Vanilla taste. Definitely not cinnamon bun. Other than that, it is a good product.
