Comffit Elevators Heel Lifts (4mm Medium)

I have been walking crooked for years and my back finally was screaming at me everyday. So, now, with one lift in my right shoe, I'm walking straight upright and my back is already breathing a sigh of relief. I put one in two different shoes to compensate for the short leg I have. Works great. I put it under the foam insole that comes in the shoes. No slippage at all.

I need an 8mm wedge for a leg length adj the problem I have had is that it is really hard to find 8mm wedges, most places only go to 7mm, unless you go to a foot specialist to get them. The couture on these is comfortable and the density is firm. The only problem is that for a large they are a little narrow and do not fit the shoe side to side. I do not use the tape because I change these to different pairs of shoes, but they still stay in place well. Liked them enough to come back and reorder an other set ( might not find 8mm wedges again for a long time)

Works. Bought them for my boyfriend. He stands up all day at work and has been complaining of knee and back pain. He no longer complains about the pain in his leg after wearing these. He wears one on his right side. Glad there are two so he can use in other shoes too.

These are nice. They help with what I think us a slight leg length difference after hip surgery. However, they are fairly hard and now my heels hurt when I wear them. Still, they are a good product for a quick fix.

Just what the doctor ordered - seriously. Easy to use. Does the job. They need a bit more adhesive though. Otherwise, fine.

These work as expected. They are rock hard though so you'll want to put them under your normal insoles.

I have lifts for my shoes due to one leg being longer than the other. They help my back a ton. Got these to put on my sandals for the beach and wore them for a week straight with no complaints at all. Will buy more for future!

Work but cause my heels to get all messed up.
