Why does this have CA proposition 65 warning on it? Is it the plastic or the ink?

No joke intended: have you looked at those CA regulations? They have named everything from pens to nail clippers as somehow containing deadly ingredients. I have to assume they do not consider intended use but imagine every product they test as being cut up and consumed by a child or something. These are good ole Bic non-retractable pens that millions of us used in high school and college. Be well.
