Bathroom repair
We had purchased a full replacement kit at a brand hardware store and then found this for a fraction of the cost. This was easy to install and fit exactly as the original part. It was a great value and will plan on using this for any further replacement parts.

Easy installation
This motor was very easy to install and quieter than the old one it replaced. I did have to change the direction of the screws that secure it to the housing, but that was easy. Replacing just the motor was so much easier and cheaper than replacing the entire fan! And you can't beat the price!

Got Fit Not enough Power!
This is slightly smaller but the screws had to be reversed and one was stripped. This would have been perfect but it also is not as powerful as the original. The specifications should list that is only 50 CFM. It works and is a lot quieter but it is also doing a lot less moving air. I’ll keep it and see if it lasts. For the price it good. I would have paid a little more for more air not 50 cfm.

Perfect replacement for Air King Bath Fan Motor
Perfect replacement for 1970s era Air King BF3C bathroom vent fan. motor and blade. You know, the kind that were installed by nailing it into the joist, so you can’t get it out without destroying the ceiling drywall.Drop in replacement. Just perfect!!

Easy and quick R&R.
Perfect match & fit for my 25 year old Broan NuTone 50cfm unit. It was a very simple switch that involved removing the 2 nuts on the old one and using either those same nuts, or the ones included with the new unit. If you're not sure how to get the mounting plate out of the ceiling fixture, there are some good videos on YouTube, but if it doesn't go really smoothly, you probably need a different model. I don't know if the vent size matters- mine is the older 3", but most of the newer ones have a 4" exit line.

Exhaust fan repair
Replaced a 30 year old set of bathroom exhaust fans, Broan model 681-A/681F-A. Only had to modify one of the electric plugs to adapt to the original housing. Works great.
