Q: Can this product be used on foam?

Do not know. I used it to fix the handle on a fine china teapot.

Q: Does this dry crystal clear ?

when I used this it dried on clear and over time it turned pink. I was using this on aquarium sand so not sure if this was the gravels reactions to the epoxy.

Q: can you use this to glue glass items together?

Generally speaking, epoxy doesn't bond to glass very well.

Q: is the resin part thick almost like jello consistancy or thin like water

It's the consistency of warm honey when first mixed. It's never as thin as water. This is a slightly thinner and slower setting version of the usual five minute two part epoxy you see at all the stores.
