How do you color the hair? Is it included? Or is this just for the face?

Just for the face. You have to buy colored hair spray separately.

What foundation colors are included?

There are 4 or 5 colors included. Probably will cover most skin colors since it blends well.

is it fit with all head sizes

I think that it probably works better with larger head sizes. Didn't work well on my teenager it was hard to get it smooth.

Confused: it doesn't call out if it includes the nose and chin. Seems like it might not, are the nose and chin included?
