Q: Is cold porcelain clay the same as porcelain clay?

Yes ! If you haven't used it before here are a couple of things to know: you have to keep the unused portion air tight while you are using a piece. You need to use it sort of quickly. It needs to dry overnight & I put the items infront of a 'fan'

No. It’s not durable nor will it have the adhesion you require. Stick with what you’re already using.

Q: If I use this porcelain clay on a wine glass, will the clay go soft again when the glass is hand washed?

Use Premo or Fimo, you can bake it and won’t have to worry about it
