Quality product
The screen on this tablet is clear. My kids watched their shows, and the screen size was perfect. When it was new it charged quickly. The tablet is very functional like. This tablet lasted forever. It was a good price quality product and I would highly recommend it. I still have it years later.

Love the Tab 4
I mainly use the tablet for reading, Facebook, YouTube and the coloring Apps, 8" is just the right size for me. I purchased 1 and then decided to get another one so that when one is charging I can switch to the other one. Unfortunately I let the new one completely drain of power. I used a magnetic tip to insert into charging port and it broke off inside the port and getting it out damaged the connectors inside, so with all my data stored in the tablet I couldn't use the warranty and return it for replacement. So I purchased another new one. I do wish that the manufacturer would redo this tablet so it would have wireless charging and a USB C charging port, instead of the micro port, If the one I have had wireless charging I would have still been able to charge 2nd tablet and not purchase a third. Again...I love this Galaxy tab 4.

Excellent small tablet at a comfortable price.
It has outstanding battery life, good screen, and works fast. A small disappointment is that the touch sensitivity is less than my older and larger Samsung tablet. I'm getting used to it and its not a big issue. Another weird feature is that when I run Google's colab on the tablet it stutters -- repeats the first character of a word or number. I type '123' and get '1123'. None of my other devices do this, so I'm sure it's the Tab A and not colab. I have looked online to see if other's have this problem and nothing there so far. Fortunately the glitch seems isolated to colab. It types accurately in google sheets and Micorsoft Word.

Much better than what I expected
First of all, I don't use it to play video games or watch movies - I use a game box and a TV for that matters. I was looking for a new tablet to replace my old iPad mini that was almost dying, but I was not willing to spend almost $400 for a new one. I tried a Fire Tablet, but that was a disappointment - good deal for the cost, but not having access to Google Play Store was a big deal. This and other minor issues made me return the tablet. From what I read, they compared the Fire Tablet with the Samsung Tab A as almost equivalent, so the only difference I was expecting to see was the access to Google Play Store. So the surprise was big. For what I do - email, web navigation, maps, FaceBook, Messenger, Strava - this table is almost perfect. It is fast enough, looks good and feels good - just a tad heavier than my iPad. This came with Android 10 + 64GB ... and a bunch of bloatware. Yes, bloatware, brand new it has almost 15GB filled up. That's the only reason I won't give it 5 stars. Anyway, if you are not willing to pay almost $400 for an overpriced tabled, give this one a try; you will be gladly surprised.

New features
This has features that my old droids didn't have. Windows can be smaller than full screen with multiple windows open at the same time. I use three apps when I play Wordle and this is extremely beneficial. It also does easy split-screen although I don't often use that.

Super slow....
The size is great, screen quality great, battery is great.... The touchscreen however is horrible! I have to touch the screen several times, trying varying amounts of pressure to get it to register my touch.... and it's very slow....

Excellent ‘Middle Ground’ Reader
I’ve tried Nook and Amazon readers, but they don’t play well with competitors apps. The Samsung holds thousands of books with the 512 GB Sandisk SDHC card. My last one lasted about five years and so far this is looking real good. I can reach any site with something I want to read and spend more time reading than chasing down bugs. Brilliant Kit!

Very user friendly and easy to set up. Lots of storage, with 64 GB. I bought this for my husband, after buying a Samsung Galaxy for myself a year ago. We both love them!

Si me gustó Excelente, el tiempo usándola para plataformas de streaming y videojuegos adecuado. A pesar de que llegó de 32g y no de 64g como lo dice la publicación. Excelente tableta. Hasta el momento no tengo queja.

I had no problem with my Samsung. The only reason I had to return it was it was not Mac compatible. All in all it's an excellent tablet if you have a PC E. Ashby
