It's pretty good, but the price you pay and the quantity you get doesn't match. There are literally 4 pieces of bacon in a packet. I do feel it's a bit to sweet, but it's definitely really good, but price vs quantity would prevent me purchasing again.

This brands' jerky is GLORIOUSLY HEAVILY seasoned with both the maple flavoring (also a bit of sugar?) and nice gooey/sticky sriracha seasoning/sauce. The Bacon is plump and has just enough toughness but is mostly tender. This is definitely a gourmet product and gourmands, as well as jerky fans should seek out this snack.I can't wait to see what other flavors (hopefully more spicy options) are next for Go Bacon !

I bought these as a stocking stuffer for my husband. His eyes lit up when he saw something 'bacon-y' in his stocking. Perfect gift for the bacon lover in your life. It's great to know there aren't offensive ingredients in it, too. Now I too feel better for giving husband a delicious treat without all of the added 'off limits' ingredients in our diet.

The Sriracha one has a little bit of heat and is seriously addictive!! The maple one is a little too sweet for me, but the Sriracha flavor by itself is always sold out so I have had to buy it in mixed packs. Guess I'll 'suffer' through the maple!

Great Stuff, i'm not a huge fan of the maple as it is fairly sweet. A little sweet for my taste, but it is expected for an uncured product. I prefer the sriracha flavor. In general i don't think you will be disappointed.

Maple flavor. The smell is like cornchip and bacon. The taste is like sugar melted taste plus cornchip taste and next, little bit of bacon-like taste goes through and very last taste is syrupy in water.Sriracha flavor. It has paprika smell. sweetness and spicy jerky flavor at the end. I felt bad when I catch it by finger because it was wet.Overall. If you do expect bacon or sweetness in jerky, I would not recommand. I personally didn't like it for my beer, but maple one is not bad for sweet snack.

The bacon is super rubbery. Have you ever had bacon that was undercooked and it was floppy and fatty? Do that then make it room temp/cold and that is how this product tastes.

Bought this formy husband for his birthday. He just opened the maple & we both tried it. Disappointed. There is sooo much sugar on the bacon and in the folds of the bacon. Its gobs of white & crunchy with sugar. Yuck
