wicks to short and fall apart with different lengths, wick burns bad does not soak up alcohol up good.being charged for this twice, now was told the would refund it and not worry about sending it back more amazon lies

Garbage, returned.
These things are crap. The head the wick goes through is loose and will spill all over the place. The plastic caps are not good for snuffing the flame as they're made of super soft plastic. The wicks are just loose strands that don't hold together. Everything about these is extremely cheap, terrible quality.
