Ok look the listing's wrong. It says loop cap: It's a Café Cap. Is this a problem? No: The Café cap is leakproof - you can turn this sucker upside down and dance a jig and, it won't leak. Does it keep your drink hot for 11 hours? No. From boiling to lukewarm in 5 hours. Not cold, still pleasantly warm, but not the promised 11 hours. That said: Fill it full of hot water, slap the lid on and wait 30 minutes. Can you feel the sides warming up? No. It's That Good™. But you can add a loop cap for better heat retention if you want both. Otherwise, how is it? Great! Lovely textured paint for grip, nice carry handle, well engineered drink-through cap, easy to clean, easy to put together, and it comes with instructions on dismantling the lid for cleaning. Why I'd buy this if I hadn't already bought one: It will last. The cap might fail but can be replaced. The body? The body has a good shot at outlasting you and still being a decent tumbler. There are several options for caps to convert this from a hot flask, to travel mug (Which is this model), sports bottle or even a cup with built in straw. You're paying for build quality and flexibility as and when you need. Holds: One standard cup of tea or coffee or equivalent to a can of soda. Don't: Leave milk in there overnight (Go for non dairy creamer powder if you need that timeframe) Do: Feel smug as you enjoy the best travel mug you ever had. Or fill it full of ice and enjoy not freezing your hand or dripping condensation.

I've had several coffee flasks over the years and I was looking for something new with serviceable parts. The build quality is exceptional, the lid is easy to clean (followed a YouTube video to assist with this), I love the carry handle on the lid and it also helps with opening and closing the lid. I've had other brands where the lids never feel clean or the drinking section starts leaking (failed buttons) etc. I am very confident this won't happen again, if it does I can replace the lid rather than have to buy a new flask. I've had one minor leak so far and that was my fault for not closing the drinking opening, I won't be making that mistake again. If anything the flask is too well insulated, if I am going to be drinking my coffee within a couple of hours I have to leave to lid off for a while to let the coffee cool down a little. I haven't tried for cold drinks yet. Being able to buy alternative and replacement lids sealed the deal for me.

The flask doesn't keep drinks piping hot for a long period of time. I had hot chocolate in the flask and it was difficult to get clean around the lid opening.

Very good at keeping coffee warm. I use it around the house as well as on journeys.

Great. Only had one minor problem taking apart and putting together the cap to wash it properly. If the nut is not secured properly it leaks. Once I learnt that it was great. Stays hot for ages when closed. Solid build. Adds very little in terms of metallic taste, compared to others. I think if you are sensitive to metal taste, it never completely goes away. But this is pretty close.

Quality not as good as before. Replaced cap less than a year of use. with replacement cap less than 2 years. Shame i liked the design a lot.

I've had one of these for a couple of years now, it's been excellent, keeps a brew hot for hours and never leaks, we needed a second one and this was the obvious choice. A very good mug

So well made LUV how the lid can be disassembled to clean all the crevices! I never have to worry about contaminants getting trapped

Es bastante funcional. Conserva bebidas calientes al menos unas 5 horas, para las 7-8 horas de preparado aún está tibio. Altamente recomendable.
