Excellent product which gives great diffused lighting

I bought this is the black. Very nice as always with hue. I had problems with using it with the hue sensor, I bought a sensor for my landing. That I use with the stair lights and kitchen lights. That’s a minefield on its own lol 😂. I wish hue would make it easier to use. You can’t just have an on and off time, you also have to set a time for when you don’t want them to come on. Mine are set to come on at 8pm and stop working at 6am. But you still have to set them to do nothing between 6 am and 8pm. When I connected this lamp it kept turning off during the day, because you have to turn it off to do nothing, in the mins section. I have added a pic of this. You also have to set it in the scenes section of each light. I hope this makes sense. But Philips need to start including a manual, I had no clue about all this, I contacted hue through Facebook messenger, they’re very helpful. But it’s now sorted so this lamp also comes on when the sensor is in use. But I love this lamp

Iris Hue: If you're in the Hue ecosystem, this is a very nice addition for a wall washing effect. As all Hue products, it is both really good and overpriced. One complain to Amazon (Not related to the product): They've shipped mine abroad, putting a DHL label directly on the Hue box! (No outer shipping carton). Luckily the Iris is fine and its box... Obviously worn and sort of dirty.

A lot bigger than I was expecting! Works well as a ‘piece’ on the shelf. Nice, bright with varied colours to configure it too.

I bought this item as present and it’s very much loved. Would definitely recommend this as a purchase for either yourself or a loved one.

I have alot of Hue products built up over many years, and recently bought two of these. Everything about Hue just seems to work. I've read that some people felt they are cheap to handle, yes they are a plastic backing but work and look great ...you dont touch them once placed.

Item looks great but ordered from the uk and came with 2 point pin plug for Europe? —- absolutely useless in uk and very expensive , no details of plug provided on site. Plug provided came in two pieces - so it should not be difficult for the correct selection to be made -box and three point pin.

I'd been humming and harring as to whether I should buy this because of the price and because it was just to light up one part of a room. I'm so glad I did!

Se conecta de forma muy sencilla con alexa. Había comprado de otras marcas pero siempre me daban problemas al sincronizarse. Este es una maravilla, lo uso como luz de ambiente cuando veo netflix por la noche, activo y desactivo usando comando de voz de alexa, pero también podría hacerlo desde la app fuera de casa para dar a entender a posibles ladrones que hay gente en casa cuando estamos de vacaciones. Súper contenta con el invento. Yo no lo uso pero se puede poner luces de colores también diciéndole a alexa y crear diferentes ambientes.
