i love this scoop! i bought this specifically to portion pancakes or muffins with ease and it has served its purpose wonderfully thus far. one thing that bugs me is that people refer to these as ice cream scoops, which they are not. levered dishers are meant for use in soft mediums, not frozen ice cream. ice cream will likely break this scoop quickly as that is not the intended use for this.
