Can easily be made MOLLE compatible
As others have pointed out, with the way that it is sewed, it is not truly MOLLE compatible. However, if you rip out the one row of stitching (and thus lengthen the reach of the strap), the pouch becomes MOLLE compatible. It seems to have been designed to be MOLLE compatible, but they did not sew it correctly.
