Overall very good quality. Other than trying to read instructions, it is really easy to operate. I have over 40 years building and mechanical experience. The more mechanical aptitude you posses the easier it is to get it all up and working!The wing nut for upper float adjust easily over stressed be careful or it could break, is the only material concern observed.In regard to leaking grommets, they were disappointing to see but found a simple fix.I first used timer to put into manual off, sponged out remaining water. Removed one line and fitting at a time. Then used teflon tape spun into a cord shape and applied 2 1/2 layers into the groove of the grommet. Reassembled and water tested no leaks. Even when you move tubing around!Such a great product!

I really love this product. As long as you hook it up as the instructions you won’t have issues. My husband said I needed an air pump plugged into the pump plug. Don’t do it. It will mess this system up. I called the company and got Nathan and he told me a few things to do. That did solve my issue. So he had his boos ( Mike) to call me and with his walking me through all my issues was resolved. I recommend this and if you have problems then call Nathan or Mike and these guys can get you going in a very short time. I will but from them again. Thank you guys for all your help and professionalism in understanding and the help. Works perfect.

For $450, if I tell you there is a leak. Provide pictures of leak. Then that's a leak. I fixed myself with Silicone caulking. Customer service asked me to provide additional pictures. How many pictures do you need to see the obvious leak? Seemed as if they think I did it or something. Odd Customer service. Great unit, works like every other one I have. Only it leaked and costed about $150 more than any of my other control buckets. I probably won't do business with these folk's again.

So far this is the best control bucket I have purchased and for the price compared to other models its definitely worth a couple extra bucks to purchase this one since it has a simple but effective senor design that prevents you system from overflowing in most cases as long as you keep up on cleaning and maintenance of the unit. The only reason for the 4 stars was because of one small issues i discovered that the company could cheaply/easily fix. The top sensor that is adjustable up or down to control the height of water in the buckets comes with cheap plastic hardware (a wing nut and screw, both plastic) that breaks very easily which I snapped when I was putting mine together so I just went to the hardware store and replaced the parts with stainless hardware.

Leaks like a sieve, what a mess. All the grommets leak. Nothing that I try will make the leaks stop. No stars!

Product was leaking everywhere and, reset button did not work and could not change timer settings. The plugs were very poorly made and would pull out from the sides. I sent the item back and they never refunded me. Now I’m out 465 dollars and don’t even have the broken piece of equipment I wanted.

My brain bucket works great, no issues other than the two pumps it came with stopped working the second day so I had to replace both of them on my own. Timer works great and is very reliable. I've been using it for about 6 weeks now with no issues.

Works great, no issues whatsoever. Just not my style.
