After I make update for the mobile the language is changed to some letters in Arabic and others letters in English and the numbersSo I until now I don’t use it because every time it’s given me the password is wrong

Phone Lock
The phone is not "international". It showed a "network lock" upon inserting my UAE simcard. Splash screen shows "Telcel". I assume that this is the carrier where this phone it locked to.
