excellent product helps with vaginal dryness improves skin and hair i love it because its one of the few mirifica available in low dose and in pill form which can easily be cut if a smaller dose is desired for very old women which my mom does i wish they would eliminate the added vitamins i already take a multi vitamin and the last thing i need is more B complex,overall mirifica works better than pharmaceutical estrogens and has more cosmetic perks. I have tried every brand of Mirifica out there totally obsessed with this stuff and the Solgar brand seems tobe the most superior, it puts out more skin and hair moisturing benefit and the price is very low compared to other brands.

This product works for me. Because estrogen is not an option, I have tried the popular herbal supplements for menopause that just made me gain weight and feel bloated. So, I looked up some government clinical trials on supplements for menopause and Pueraria Mirifica has substantiated proof that it is similar to taking hrt without the fear of cancer and weight gain. It also helps with the prevention of bone loss and may help keep arteries more flexible. The only thing I have noticed is: The directions say to take one in the morning and one in the evening. I take my second tablet in the mid afternoon as it seems to boost energy. This herb is used a lot in Chinese medicine by men and women and studies claim health benefits way into old age.

I've been on these tablets for about 3 months and have not had any more episodes of sweats. There were a few initially but not as strong. It's summer now in Arizona when my sweats were really bad but so far I've only sweated from the damn heat. Monsoon season hasn't arrived yet and then will be the real test for me. I'll keep taking these tablets for a period of time but definitely through the heat season.My initial review was a year ago and I'm still on these pills. Actually, I tried to stop but the post menopause symptoms returned. Damn it!!! So back on them I went. I may still get a flash or breast tenderness occasionally but they are fewer and less intense.

I have ordered this 5 times and came off of HRT. I refuse to go without it. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and order this. It has made a huge improvement in my quality of life and made the “transition” manageable.

I started this product with the recommendation of Dr. Christianne Northrup in her book The Wisdom of Menopause and I'm so glad that I did. I've been taking this tablet for about 4mos now and most of my hot flashes have subsided. They were getting more frequent and interfering with my sleep after taking this for a month I saw a reduction in them and was sleeping better. Now I'd say I might have one or two a day if that and there just a warm sensation, sometimes I'm not sure if it's a true hot flash or that it's just hot! I would highly recommend this product for anyone to try.

I normally like Solgar, they have very high quality supplements. However, these tablets have a chalk like texture and are round, which makes them get stuck in my throat. I took them 3 times, and each time the tablet got stuck, and no amount of water would help it go down. I kept drinking and drinking water and it didn't go down. I just had to wait in pain for 30 minutes until it dissolved on it's own. What a shame! I take probably 10 pills per day in various vitamins and herbs and all those go down easy. If they just changed the shape it may help.

I bought it for the hot flashes I was experiencing. Although I saw a minimal reduction, any reduction was better than none! However I have only been using it for three weeks, perhaps I need to stay on it longer...?

I was using Estrovera before it was changed it worked great, I only had to take one in the morning and no hot flashes all day.I read the reviews for PM Phytogen Complex and how it worked so well and some physicians also prescribed it.The only draw back is you have to take it twice a day and preferably with food.I use it first thing in the morning and at bedtime and I also use Ostaderm cream along with it and I do not have any more hot flashes.I sleep all through the night without sweating and waking up.
