No setup required!!
I received my remote yesterday ships very quickly even during the busiest Christmas season. Check it out of the packaging thought I needed to put batteries in it but lo and behold they were there. Figured there would be some set up time but when I pressed the power button voila and on it came. It works with no set up at all for the jamo torsten unit. Great product and not so small you misplace it every time you set it down. Way better than original remote. And maybe I can figure out how to set it up so it controls my television as well. Great product!

Did the trick!
I needed a replacement for Torsten Jano remote that went kaput. This is so much larger .... so many buttons I don't need (all we need it for, is the volume up/down). However it came out of the box working just fine for what we need. The volume up/down on this new one, works just fine with no adjustment. So it's a definite win!

Useless with no instructions!
The remote came with no instructions. It included the phrase to refer to the original instructions from the original remote control. The original remote cannot be found nor replaced as it is out of manufacturing. This remote replacement was very expensive and is useless to me to manage a super expensive Jamo sound system. Useless!
