It IS good, but...
Shortly after purchasing this, I went back to read some of the posted reviews. After reading about one unfortunate soul who'd twisted the shoulder joint off the right arm, I LITERALLY DID THE SAME THING THE NEXT DAY. Disappointing, but I'm honestly hoping to come by something I could use for a spare part.Good buy, just easily breakable.~BD~

A brave and successful new venture for Kotobukiya's Mega Man Line.
Upon purchasing this kit, I had already built the previous three in Kotobukiya's Mega Man Line(Mega Man, Proto Man, and Roll) so I knew pretty much what to expect. For those unfamiliar with this style of model kits, the majority of the pieces come on plastic sprues, and you need to cut out the pieces and assemble them according to instructions. I recommend using small wire cutters for removing pieces from the sprues and either an x-acto knife or sanding paper to file down the excess bits of plastic as needed. This kit took about an hour to assemble, and it looks really good. It is a little meticulous for those unused to the kind of kit, but it really pays off. This particular kit uses the same sort of joint connection as the others in its line, so the posing is solid and pretty variable(as you can see from the wealth of product photos). Zero comes with his Z-saber and Z-buster, and a few interchangeable faces and hands(including the Z-knuckle) for accessories. The Z-saber handle is also used in the buster gun - a cool little design detail many people might not have known. Zero's thigh pouches are also interchangeable whether they are storing the Z-saber handles or not. There are three sets of eyes - looking left, right, and straight ahead - and both a neutral and angry face plate. These are all pretty easy to switch out. The only thing that's a little disappointing with this kit is that compared to the MM Classic kits, Zero's design is much more detailed - meaning some small colored details on his body are blanket colored to ease production. For example, Zero's chest marks and collar are yellow in the painted product photos, but they are all red plastic in the actual kit. So, if you want your Zero kit to look really perfect, you'd need to do some touch-up after it's assembled.Overall a great model kit! Joints are solid, and poseability is great for a plastic kit. Please note that I only gave the kit 3/5 stars for durability because, although this is pretty impressive for what I've come to expect from plastic kits, it is a model kit first, action figure second, and needs to be treated appropriately. This is something for collectors/serious enthusiasts, not kids. The only other thing that makes me sad about this kit is that I purchased the Japanese version, which includes a mail-in order form for extra pieces! For example... 400 Yen (about 5$ USA) for an extra Z-saber blade! Wouldn't that be sweet! Oh well, we can't have it all.

Great kit..but
So after building this kit for the last 6 days I was reluctantly surprise how great the articulation is for this little guy. But after putting this kit into various poses the inner torso ball joint area snapped right off. That being said I over all enjoyed building his kit but kotobukiya need to kit this small problem.

but overall it's not too bad. Third
First of all it takes a few hours to build it. There are small burrs that have to be cleaned with a small knife so it can be smoother to the touch. Second: some ball joints do not fit very well, but overall it's not too bad.Third: once you build it, if nothing broke so far, don't play with it, put it somewhere safe and more important, don't try to move the hands, legs, etc, because they will break. My son learned this lesson the hard way, one hand broke after 4 days, no way to fix the little joint.

When I received the item and built the figuer it was the flimsiest model I had ever built. The left forearm broke just after posing the arm as gently as I possibly could. Would not recommend
