I’m sorry I don’t remember if it does , if it did I didn’t use them .. it is really easy to install ..u put it up there and it lines up with all the holes

Yeah it can just wont close all the gaps. It bolts to the underside of the front bumper and then bolts behind the oil pan. 05 350z
