Worth trying. Effective in as little as 3 days.
Definitely helpful in reducing arthritis. hand/wrist spasms. They do have a brown solid material in the capsules. Iv had other brands that are a white powder. I'm no pharmacist and not sure what the product should look like. But, I do know these work. Thank you Solaray.

Solray White Peony Root Extract Capsules
I have not taken this product long enough to see the effect on my autoimmune, but research shows a promise. There is such a poor selection in products with White Peony available – this seemed to be the best option on Amazon. Most are extremely vague as to their content of Paeoniflorin and this active ingredient is the most helpful. Solray was one of the only ones that had a guaranteed amount (10% Paeoniflorin). I am hopeful for this brand... although I would prefer a liquid extract. Solray is a solid company and has good labeling practices!

Great for female health
Had not had a period in a year and a half. Even my naturopath said it wouldn't come back. I credit meditation, yoga Reiki and taking one capsule of this product twice a day for about a month. Pretty amazing.

Bought these and while ago and now they turned black inside. I tried to call solaray with the number on the bottle and it was not a working number and I failed to find another one even on their website. Will not buy again. I just wonder it the turning black could be some kind of fungus that peony plants will get.

Good Supplement, Other Issues
This is a tough supplement to find, so although the cost was a little higher than I would have liked, it wasn't terrible. I pair this with Licorice Root for suspected PCOS, and I've seen a difference in my skin! But I had to dock two stars because when I reordered it, the bottle came with only 18 capsules! 18 out of 60, so less than a third! I had to return it. Also, this seems to be hard to keep in stock, so now I'm worried about running out... So I like the product, but these other issues mean I may have to find another brand/source, unfortunately, unless they are resolved.
