Is a test less accurate after expiration?

So i just received mine and when i shake the tests, they rattle and i can feel almost like a sand consistency inside. is that normal?

Are u supposed to peel the sticker that says max off? I tried with it and waited 2-3min and no indication showed up. I’ve already used up 3 tests.

Will there always to two lines when you test? Other ovulation strips I’ve used only showed two lines if you were getting a positive.
