As far as cooling goes, it does the job and it does it well. Temps remain consistently at or around 40C. However, out of the 8 wholes for the screws of the 2 fans, only 2 have thread. The other 6 just fall straight through so I kept them off. This means that the 2 fans generate quite a lot of a whirring noise... Just keep that in mind, if noise is an issue for you. I give it 4 stars as I find the cooling rather efficient.

its good. easy to assemble and solid and good heat dissipation. but it doesnt have pwm temperature control, means fans will always be working even after you shutdown or halt the pi. well it doesnt take much power. but fans will be always running as long its connected to power.

the fans look obviously cheep but they make little to no noise, you can barely hear. the H pins can be accessed but not when you need to fit a driver HAT for example.
