Misleading wrong preview - regret buying it
I bought all the equipment books from Lulu.com after seeing the preview on google books. Unfortunetly when I received them, they came printed in black and white - I wasn't expecting that at all. When I look at a preview of a book, I expect to get what I see. So far I never had to check the fine print of a book before, to see if it might be printed in black and white instead of in colour (as you see it in the previews). Additionally the chosen design (colours/ structure) doesn't work in black and white, as it does in colour and makes it a lot harder to read. For me that is extremely misleading honestly and I don't find it fair at all. I reached out to Catherine Wilks, to ask if it's possible to get at least a coloured digital version for it, but she totally refused and said it's mentioned on lulu.com, that it's printed in black and white.

Need to be fit person for to use i feel
Very hard to use stiff for anyone with arthritis as I have have to put lot of pressure to use it which I don't have got it to help my legs knees but find it too hard to use should have returns it for fit person just wishing had been softer to use instead of really painful to use .

An excellent book
I have had a few of these manuals by this author and find them excellent to follow. It tells you exactly what to do, technical points, the contraindications and muscles involved in the activity. All in all an excollect book.

Lovely quality manual
Great clear instructions and lovely manual. I would say this was suitable for anyone as the instructions are clear, although some moves will be more difficult than others.

Instructional
Allows gentle exercise to upper and lower body muscles. If you don't use them you loose them. Worth a try
