The heat is on....
These little packs get super hot so the sleeve provided is necessary. Even with the sleeve, it's still a lil too hot. Need them after UFE procedure and it really helps with cramping. Not sure how long the heat lasts since I just started.

Almost Impossible to activate
I got this because I wanted to use it to relieve my menstrual cramps. First, the size was misrepresented because I thought it was bigger. Most importantly, it was extremely difficult to pop and activate the heat pack. I squeezed for a long time and was only able to pop 2. I had to order a different one even though I had about 20 unused packs left. Definitely a waste of my money!

Dont stay warm too long
These dont stay warm for long. Big waste.ladt 5 or 6 hardly warmed up. Probably neef to look for a betyer compa y when it comes to using these.

With a little effort you’ve got a great hot pack!
I had to change my whole review once I understood how the hot pack is activated. Based on other reviews, I too thought the hot pack just doesn’t activate properly. However, after trying different ways to pop the inner bag, I found: that is not true. Actually, they all work fine. First, I get it. The packaging of the product is so to keep it from an accidental rupture of the inner bag. So, yes it may be a little difficult to rupture the inner pouch but I believe it was designed that way. Second, these are small hot packs. They are very temporary and get extremely hot. I would encourage wrapping in a dry washcloth or some other protective wrap to avoid that first burst of extreme heat-especially if you’re sensitive. Lastly, each hot pack comes with a white sleeve to assist in protecting your skin, but they are very, very thin/lightweight and do not provide a lot of protection. I found that after I wrapped the sleeved hot pack in my washcloth, I was able to use and it was effective and worked consistently for about 30mins.

Don't pop, don't last long
Half of these packs cannot be popped so they won't heat up. The ones that do heat up get very hot very fast - almost too hot, but they do not last long - maybe 30 minutes at most. Not quite what I was hoping for.

If received in good order, produces all the heat you need for a good time!
Good when working but beware that some will arrive already activated and dead! I counted about 8 packs that were already dead! Some (about 2) could not be used for some reason. No matter how we tried to activate the chemical reaction, it was a no go situation. I was happy with the remaining! The working ones were very good in duration and light to carry! Would order again but the failures give me reason to find another vendor or maker. I cannot offer a solution in the premature activation due to the many factors in delivery methods! This item is activated by squeezing or some impact slapping method and that action comes with the normal action within deliveries! Better packing? I do not know! Again, they work and produce heat for a good duration! Thanks Amazon!

works great for kids with sports

Arm Saver!!!
I have rolling, small veins that would wind up causing me to have a few puncture marks and/or bruises after having my blood drawn. Well, these heat packs are wonderful and have really helped the phlebotomist find my veins once I apply one to my arm before the blood draw. Yay!!🥳

I carry these because I am extreme back problems which I wear a support belt for, and these packs I use to stop the spasms when they start, but most of these packs will not heat up, in fact less than half I have tried so far work, which is really upsetting.

They work well but they are small not broken bags would purchase again
