The media could not be loaded. I have been using this product for about 17 days now and I have definitely noticed a sharper jawline. Also I have progressed to being able to use it for longer repetitions than just the 3 sets of 15-25 reps, which means I have got a stronger jaw overall. I do notice that it definitely makes your jaw sore specially at the beginning, also becareful if you have dental work done as it may cause some damage. Also made some YouTube vids to track my progress.

This product does strengthen the jaw muscles. Would be a 5* review but after 2 months of use (using thee times a week) it suddenly fell to bits. I do wonder if maybe my jaw got too strong for the beginner level, so have ordered the next level up. I also wonder if there is even a way to make something of this material last any longer considering its use.

It split right in the middle of both sides after using it for 1 hour for 2 days. It's unbelievable they'd mass produce such a poor quality product, you're better of just buying chewing gum. It's much cheaper. I wish I could give this 0 stars. this should cost less than a pound with how terrible it is.

I find it bulky and it makes me wretch when I try to use it . I'm not saying it's a bad product. The quality seems fine, it's just not good for me .

Better than expected. I prefer this to the front teeth ones, as it’s more comfortable and it targets the jaw muscles better. Makes me gag tho

This had one size and the one size seemed a bit big for my mouth to comfortably fit the exerciser in. The product seems slightly oversized for the blocks to chew but when used I could definitely feel the burn in my jaw. Pretty good product, would just be better if they had different sizings for customers
