Awesome product, Awesome Customer Service
Not only do I love this product, but also their customer service. My knee sleeves came with a guarantee on them and i contacted them to let them know they ripped and they emailed me within hours to let me know a replacement had me sent out. My knees suck and these help me enjoy my workouts with zero pain. Would and will buy again!!

The support provided is both comfortable and effective.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed with these knee sleeves that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. As someone who is new to weight training and currently working with a trainer, I found these sleeves provided just the right amount of support. They made it easier for me to lift weights without the discomfort of the tingling sensation I usually experience when lifting heavier.

Fantastic quality and customer service!
I am very pleased with the quality of the product. They also provide fantastic customer service! I originally ordered a large after measuring my knee at 14.5in. My legs are somewhat slim and this turned out to be too big, not providing much compression around the knee. After recognising the problem, I messaged them using the included card that can be scanned to automatically send a text message to their customer support. They responded immediately and requested information to send a replacement. The replacement arrived a few days later. I am very happy that they were able to resolve this so quickly. The replacement, size medium, fits perfect.

Good sleeves, excellent customer service
These sleeves were recommended by a friend of mine, so I immediately ordered a pair. They came and were uncomfortably tight in a size XL. I reached out to the ProFitness team via email wanting to exchange for one size up, and Farish promptly responded to my email. She offered to replace the sleeves and told me to keep the other pair as well. Truly a seamless experience. Glad I was able to keep both pairs. The XXL is more comfortable but loose and doesn’t offer much compression. The XL is tight, but it may be something I have to wear to break in and loosen them up.

Pro Fitness Supports Their Products
The sleeves provide very good support. After using the sleeves for over a year, one sleeve got a tear on the outside of it, and the backing started to show. I contacted customer support about the issue. They told me to send them a picture of the sleeve. After they received the photo, they sent me two new sleeves. However; only one sleeve had a tear. I received the replacement sleeves in less than one week.
