Yes, the FP-10 ships with a foot pedal.

Q: Can one play back music from e.g. a smartphone through the Bluetooth connection of the FP-10 ?

No. You can only use Bluetooth to connect it to Roland’s app or other Bluetooth midi enabled apps like Garageband

Q: Can it be connected to amplifier?

There is a port in the back for headphones or speakers. It really doesn't need more volume if you intend to use it at home. I find that the volume control on the piano itself is more than enough for home use.
