Far better than Immi
High-protein Low-carb is overrated. We need carbs. I'm not paying $6-7 per pack of Immi's protein-rich noodles. At $2-3 per serving, I prefer GreeNoodle. Getting most of your calories from protein will lead to long term health problems. Just add some veggies and lean meats to your GreeNoodle and you have a complete healthy meal. Mmmm mmmm! I am 45 and love ramen and am a recovering Cup Noodle addict. But want to take care of my health. GreeNoodle lets me do this. I always get the plain version. The meat and veggies add plenty of flavor, no need for a seasoning pack. I can make a very healthy ramen that I actually crave and look very forward to eating. As far as I'm concerned, GreeNoodle has Immi beat--and it's not even close. Thank you GreeNoodle for making this and keeping costs reasonable.

Wonderful Way to Make Ramen Guilt Free
I don't normally leave reviews, but I figured I'd take the time to leave one here since I believe this product needs more attention. I love soup, this I cannot deny--especially on a cold winter evening. That being said, I love putting ramen in the aforementioned soup. The texture, shape, and thickness are perfect for me (as a picky texture eater). Earlier this year, I began eating healthier. I try not to eat anything that doesn't contribute at least one nutritional bonus--protein, fiber, whole grain, vitamins, etc. Regular instant ramen blocks, sadly, have nothing but simple carbs and fat--nothing positive! Because of this, I've been on the search for healthier noodles for quite some time. I tried shirataki noodles and found that their chewy texture was not something I could handle. When I stumbled upon GreeNoodle, I was afraid to buy them because I feared the "Deliciously chewy" on the bag. Especially considering the price. I thought the texture would be similar to the rubber-like texture of shirataki noodles. As cooler weather approached and I knew I would crave noodles, I decided to take a chance and purchased this product (the 12 pack plain). When I got them I immediately went the extra mile--determined to have an awesome bowl of noodles. I made fresh dashi stock and tossed an assortment of veggies in, added the noodles, and when they were cooked added miso paste and green onions. With the first bite of noodles, I was pleasantly surprised! The texture was mostly the same as regular ramen--no rubbery chewiness, no chlorophyll taste to the noodles. Since I added other veggies, one half of the two serving package was enough to fill me up (the fiber in the noodles goes a long way towards making them filling). Even though I had a huge bowl of ramen, I didn't have to feel bad about it at all. Not only that, I actually felt good about it because of all the nutrients I managed to fit in--not to mention the fact that it was just plain delicious. All in all, I recommend these noodles to anyone who loves ramen as much as I do and want to be able to eat it more often. I shared a package with my best friend, and she loved it as well (even without being a big ramen lover). I plan to experiment more with these noodles, for example, making the noodle salad mentioned on their website. I also made a delicious lemon pepper noodle bowl recently. If you don't know what kind of soup to make as a base for these noodles, I encourage you to try the lemon pepper kind. All you need is two to three cups of chicken broth, onion, garlic (I used onion and garlic powder because I'm lazy), the juice of one lemon, black pepper, and the noodles. Add any assorted vegetables you like in the order that they'll finish cooking. I add the noodles last to keep them from overcooking. I also add the lemon juice at the end to prevent too much vitamin loss from heat. Overall, I hope the GreeNoodle company does well and expands--which will hopefully make the noodles a tad more affordable, because the price is rather steep once the shipping is added on. I'd love if they were available locally, but I live in a rural area in Mississippi so that's not likely any time soon. If you're like me and only use half a package each meal, the price may be doable.

Delicious and versatile healthy noodles! A must-have in my pantry!
I've been eating these green noodles for many years now, originally buying them at an Asian grocery store, and they've become an absolute staple in my kitchen. They are incredibly quick to prepare and versatile, making them perfect for a variety of dishes. Whether I'm in the mood for a comforting soup or a refreshing cold noodle salad, these noodles deliver. When I want something warm, I simply add ramen seasonings to make a delicious soup. For a cold option, I wash cooked noodles under cold water and mix them with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and furikake - absolutely delicious! Plus, these noodles are much more nutritious than regular ramen or most other noodles, which is a huge bonus for me. I also love the portion sizes. Since I've been working on losing weight over the past few months, the option to make just one block with a side salad or two blocks if I'm extra hungry or cooking for two is perfect. I've even started buying these noodles in bulk because I love them so much - I crave them regularly! If you're looking for a nutritious, easy-to-prepare, and versatile noodle option, I can't recommend these green noodles enough.
