Delicious
I haven't used these to make sushi yet, I tend to crush them over rice etc but they are gorgeous!!

Tasty but crumbly
I found they easily split, however I left the packet open a couple of days without sealing and they were the correct amount of pliable for making sushi wraps etc. If you're making rolls with sushi rice this isn't a problem as you're adding enough moisture to roll them but I just fill with fish and veggies. They crumble nicely into soup and salad out of the packet however.

difficile a utiliser
Je trouve la texture trop rigide pour la confection de sushi. Du coup je l'ai utilisé pour faire des paillettes!
