This goes with me when I travel. If I have a leg cramp, at home or on vacation, I roll this on and my leg cramp will be gone quickly.

We frequently buy this roll on. It really does work and the lavender scent is not bad. It works well on the back, neck and shoulders.

Works temporarily. I love that I can roll it on and reach my shoulder blades but it doesn’t seem to be strong enough. Scent isn’t terrible at all.

I have no idea how I hurt my shoulder, but it was throbbing and hard to lift. Hurt even my elbow muscles were screaming. I got some patches but the delivery was late so I used the aspercream and rolled it everywhere. Oh my within 20 minutes or less it helped, I reapplied it and later I was able to lift my arm with no pain. Everytime it would start to get a twinge I would roll more on. I'm on my second bottle, I found that it really blocks itching too. I have a dry skin type itch that gets away from me and it's not broken skin, not swollen, just itchy till it drives me nuts. I tried a little spot, wow no itch. I researched the rosemary to see it using it on skin was ok, it is. I just add this because I know I'm not the only one who begs for relief both muscle pain and itching. Not what it's used for but it helped my itching as well as my pain. Try a tiny spot first if you use it for anything because it may bother you, I'm really happy with it. Now if the manufacturer would invent a roller ball applicator with an angled head I would be ecstatic.

I like this because it would relieve the pain for up to 6hrs and I love the smell of Lavender it's the best one
