Update:Mine had worked great for many months, then after a few months it displayed moving multicoloured lines all over when on the car play module and a blank black screen if I try to go to my cars menu, it was intermittent though as after some time it would suddenly clear up and I get my car menu back. Road top helped me apply updates which unfortunately did not resolve, however with the help of both amazon and road top I was able to get a replacement sent and the issue was in the end the wire loom, switched this and more than a year later is perfect. I know plenty of others with s5's who have the same unit with no issue.Great value, had this in nearly 2 years and really happy.Fitted in a 65 plate s5 (b8.5) which didn't have sat nav or reverse camera from factory.Had an aftermarket reverse camera fitted with the module, only downside is it does not support full HD cameras, only 720p, so be careful to get a matching camera.Works great, when I get in it auto connects and plays my music/displays waze.When I go in reverse auto displays the camera and the sensors. Can control it from my steering wheel controls as well as normal console controls.I press the nav button on my steering for 3 seconds to flip between the car play screen and car oe screen, no need to press 2 buttons at once as most videos show.Also notice music has way more depth then it did before, sounds bassier!Definately recommended, no brainer for the price and what it adds to the car

After a few months the video inputs failed. The camera was installed correctly and tested on an external monitor but the inputs simply failed. The unit itself began to freeze if you atempted to utilize the navigation and play music at the same time, changing the song may crash the system or a navigation prompt would freeze everything. Contacted the seller via what's app and explained all issues, no fix was was given and they refused to believe it was their system that failed. In the end I requested an exchange for the main box under the promised 1 year warenty but they wouldn't do it and told me to return through amazon even though that option is no longer available. The only time you can speack to them is the early morning from 2am -6am and they are not very helpful. It would seem the warranty is a lie. At this price don't take the chance. They may respond to this review by stating they offered a return but that is a lie and I saved the entire Whatsapp conversation and sent it to Amazon.

I bought this unit for my Audi A4 to give me Android auto on the existing info screen. I followed the instructions and video installation for a successful installation. After about 2 weeks the audio dropped out, which I couldn't resolve initially. So I contacted Roadtop via the WhatsApp contact number for help.The support has been brilliant, with help to find the issue and a software update installed, the system is back up and running perfectly. The problem was around the aux audio disconnecting, which was cleared with some menu diving in the Audi media settings.Thanks for the guidance Roadtop, a happy customer!

Took a bit of work to fit. Instructions pretty clear but you need to follow them exactly. I would only try this if you are confident with facia removal. Unit does do what it claims so cannot moan.

Not as easy to install as advertised (and I'm an engineer) but the end result is excellent. My 2010 Audi A5 has the B&O option and the sound quality from this RoadTop unit is very good. Integration with the Audi controls (mine has the Concert system) is also very good. Very pleased with this upgrade. It's been installed for a few weeks now and so far no issues. I'll post back here if that changes. Fingers crossed!

I'm really impressed with the product, completely transforms my 2012 Audi A5 into something that feels a lot more current. The unit works brilliantly and in my opinion is a much better/more classy look than getting an aftermarket screen. I also added a reverse camera and it works well with the unit. The customer service from Road Top was also really good and responsive which really helped with the installation. Would certainly recommend!

Garbage. Sometimes the unit wont switch on meaning you have to strip the car interior to bits to unplug it and plug it back in. Happens every couple of weeks. Amazon pass you onto roadtop directly for support. Roadtop are not interested and say its not theirs and to contact amazon. Round in circles with a faulty unit. Avoid buying it

Brought to update an Audi A4 2014…..after fitting had an issue with the air conditioning system which was resolved with brilliant support.Great customer service.
