Got these to add cushion to barefoot shoes that were 'too barefoot' for me (lack of cushion). Lightweight and provides just enough cushion for me.Good breathability. I always want more breathability, but these are the best I've tried and are much better than other insoles I've tried in that regard.It seems they are not quite zero drop, but it's only a very slight drop.Definitely a great value for the cost.

I’ve been searching for insoles for flat, barefoot shoes for awhile now. These wound up being a pleasant surprise.At first I didn’t think they were going to fit because of the heel cup, but they slid in just fine and conformed to the shoe after. Walking around in them almost all day for about a week, these have been super comfy and seem to be worth the money

I wear size 9. When these arrived I realized that I was going to need to cut these to size, but they have no guidelines. That said, I did use a pair of flat Spenco insoles and traced around the edges. My scissors were sharp but still had a little difficulty cutting. Don't buy these if your hand strength is low.Today I inserted them in a pair of Nikes to add a little cushioning, since the original insoles are like paper. They were comfortable while walking but my toes felt pinched because the 4? mm height reduced the amount of room in the toebox. They are the same height visually as the Spenco RX Comfort and have no arch support (which is why I purchased. I want my arches to do the work).Am I pleased? Yes, but I think I need something even thinner. Sigh.

I originally tried these as a replacement insole in a pair of flats but it wasn't enough support. I ended up putting them in a pair of boots as a replacement for a gross fabric insole, and the extra breathability was a plus. They aren't ideal for walking around all day but if you need a lightweight insole that will fit in most shoes, these are it. They made a cheap pair of boots much better!

I walked around and first thing that came to mind was it was harder on my feet, hated the insoles that were included from Adidas.Didn't cut these at all just stuck them in (Adidas men's 10) and it fit perfect.I had to decide between the cheap adidas insole, scholls double air pillow and this.Believe I may have to order more now.

I really wanted these to work since they seemed like they would offer good ventilation but they are far too firm and stiff compared to the discontinued Dr. Shool's UltraCool insoles that I had been using. Returned immediately.

These insoles were just what I was looking for. I didn't want something to thick, hence the 3 stars there. I needed a fairly thin replacement insole and these are comfortable, breathe well, and an instant upgrade over the insoles that come with the shoes. I am using these in a pair of Blundstone boots and I would definitely recommend this brand for a nice replacement option.

These are so comfortable for my Clarks Mules insoles wore out and these fit perfect.. now I can get another few years out of my expensive Clarks... thank you

I was very disappointed in these insoles! They don't breath, not made of breathable materials, the holes for the so called breathable affect are irritating to my feet. My feet were burning, sweating and overall unhappy with these insoles. I was shopping and had to remove my shoes between store, while riding in the car. They made my feet feel worse that the ones I was try to replace.
