product worth trying
After 2 weeks of using this I was discouraged that this product did not seem to do anything. I continued to take it hoping this worked for me. After 3 weeks I do believe that my flashes and night sweats have decrease some. I'm hoping with continued and prolonged use they may continue to decrease. I would recommend this product. I know everyone is different so it's worth a try for someone like me who does not want to get prescribed hormonal therapy.

So far feeling pretty good but I only take on capsule a day ...
I did not do well with prescription hormone replacement but knew I needed to do something to eliminate the hot flashes and night sweats. So far feeling pretty good but I only take one capsule a day instead of two and it has been working fine. Still have moments during the night of hot flashes and night sweats but not nearly as bad as without taking anything.

Helps hot flashes more than moodswings.
I have just switched to this brand from another brand I was using. I have been using it for 2 weeks and so far it controls hot flashes as well as the other, but it has not seemed to control the mood swings as well. I am planning to continue on it and if that changes I will post an addition to this review.

I would definately recommend this product
I noticed after a couple of weeks the hot flashes and weight started to slow down....What a relief! I would definately recommend this product. Love it...so glad I found it!

I started taking this product and by the next day my hot flashes and night sweats were cut in half. Life changing product
This product has changed my life. I was having over 20 hot flashes a day. After a week of taking this product, my hot flashes were reduced. After taking this for 3 weeks, they are GONE!! Gone are the night sweats, the massive daily underarm sweating.... all of it. GONE. I can not say how happy I am with this product.
