Game changer
Wow!! These are the best vitamins I've ever taken. Just recently tried the switch to methylated because it seems my body is not processing regular vitamins as expected. Four days after starting these I am nearly pain free and not falling asleep all the time. I have energy, feel light, and am more tolerant. Easy to swallow and effective
Great B complex, raised my vitamin B levels within two months. Doesn't leave taste in your mouth when you swallow it, and it's a small pill so easy to swallow.

Good supplements
I really like these but you have to have food before you take them or else you don't feel great. Also I'd start off taking 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch until you get used to the potency. That said, they truly are remarkable!!
