Works great!
So much more comfortable than strap set came with. Much easier and quicker to adjust. Even grandkids have no trouble or issues using this head strap! Well worth the money!

It's comfy and easy to use.
I thought it was good, it fits well, it feels nice, and I don't get headaches from the old head band. I would recommend.

Solid for a good while initially, but back area begins to shift to one side quickly
My first issue with this strap was that two of the necessary pieces shipped with some kind of warping. With some elbow grease, I was able to attach the pieces with minimal fuss, and the strap worked perfectly fine for a few months.Eventually, I found that the whole back part of the strap had shifted to one side. I looked online and found that this tends to happen with straps that are engaged too tightly, but I've been tightening the strap pretty conservatively, and still ended up with the issue. That being said, this strap still works considerably well, even in its skewed state, and it's comfortable enough to let me play for extended periods of time without needing additional adjustments. If you're looking to purchase this, just remember to be extra-careful about tightening it.

Recommend the Lite
[UPDATE: 11/26/21] So the strap finally broke on me but is still sorta usable. Myself I would not consider a huge VR user, but I do hop on every once in a while to relax and let off some steam. However, I noticed that whenever I try to turn the dial one side of the strap won’t move anymore. I am assuming it is from the plastic rail the gear rotates on is stripped. Which, is quite the bummer. I ended up docking 1 star because of this but I still recommend it because of the price point.[ORIGINAL] I highly recommend the “Lite” version, or the one with a lower back pad. I cannot attest to comparing it to the elite strap since I don’t own it. However, I can say confidently that this is extremely comfortable to wear for long hour sessions. And the removable back padding is a great plus since you can clean it after those sweaty play sessions. There are some few drawbacks, but I personally don’t find them that much of a hindrance. Installing it to your Quest 2 is very difficult and may seem like you’re about to break it. But you have to apply a lot of force to snap the inserts on. And finally the the plastic sounds cheap, it doesn’t bother me but I know some people will be bothered by it. I gave it 5 stars because the comfortability, removable pads, sturdy construction (I dropped the headset once and it’s fine), the design of the dial, and the reliability of the tightness far outweighs the two cons I mentioned.TLDR;Pros:• Cheap• Comfortable• Removable pads• Sturdy construction• Dial design makes it easy to turnCons:• Plastic construction sounds cheap and flimsy• Required a lot of force to install

It’s not really worth it.
Mine just came in yesterday and I’m not too happy with the product. It’s made of super cheap flimsy plastic and the dial to tighten the headset seems like it will eventually break in the coming weeks. It’s fairly comfortable and light so that’s good at least. But if you do VR almost every day like me, I wouldn’t get this product.

A piece can fall off with a bit of force but can easily be put back together
I have had my headstrap since november and i have to say it is very comfortable especially compared to the stock strap. The only real pain i have is after an hour or two when pressure gets put on my forehead, but i doubt thats 100% the head-straps fault. As i had stated in the title a piece of the strap has fallen off twice but it has not broken, nor has it fallen off due to simple circumstances. It has been because i put down my headset a little aggressively and because I put my headset on without fully loosening the strap. But both of those are my fault so it falling apart shouldn’t be a major problem. I don’t think anything past 25$ is good for a head-strap I'm probably just being cheap so i won’t say much on that.

Great alternative head strap fits great
The strap itself works great. We ordered a medium and it fits real good. The build quality is very good. The only problem was the instructions were stuck together with glue or something and tore so wasn’t able to read part of it. Be sure and assemble it in proper order because it’s hard to separate the plastic pieces if you mess up. It really should come fully assembled from factory. My son says his head does not hurt anymore and he loves this head strap. Oculus should send them out with a strap like this. I recommend this product.
