I make my own burgers. I put one of these in the bottom of the burger press and one on top and press the burger. I make eight at a time, put them in freezer bags and put the lot on a flat shelf in the freezer. You won't believe how many you get in a pack and when you pull out one you will find you have three or four in your hand. Size is good, value for mone excellent, ease of use good. Great quality, good delivery and would buy again. I am a skilled electrical mechanical engineer by profession and was an on screen expert for BBC Watchdog and Rogue Traders for some years and subsequently sworn to honesty. I tend to research a product drilling down into the quality and value of the item before I buy. I am not paid for my reviews and have no personal gain from them. I have no difficulty recommending this item. What's not to like. Go buy!

Thought i'd try these, does the job well but prefer paper type discs, just my preference.

These are excellent for making burgers. They prevent mince from sticking to the base of the burger press and they keep individual burgers separate in the freezer. They're remarkably strong. Highly recommended.

Love these and they work very well with my burger press. In fact the kids get me to make burger sausages instead of putting them in skins! Saves loads of time when making burgers of any weight/type as easy to seperate unlike the "greaseproof" types.
