Bought this book as used but not a mark on it !! The recipes and instructions are easy to use with ingredients readily available from supermarkets... in depth know how on marinating and smoking on a bbq with a variety of dishes exactly as on License to Grill tv program... recommend to novices and experts alike.

Easy to follow and winning recipes. Rather expensive for the number of recipes though, I would expect twice as many.

Good recipe book
