This is the second book I have ordered from this company. I purchased the forest scene and now the ocean waves book. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail is incredible. These books are absolutely gorgeous and would make an incredible gift for any artist! They are a little pricey but absolutely worth it!!

This is a great fit for moleskine 17 month planner plus A10 apica notebook. The two pair perfectly.. I chose the great wave and it is a deep blue and just gorgeous. This is a sturdy high quality leather. I expect it to last for many years to come. You can't go wrong here.

Perfect journal cover, good journal.Leather cover is supple, soft to the touch, design is textured so you can actually feel all the bumps in the mist of the wave and such. Best part is that it's refillable.Journal is fine. Unlined and 208 pages. Problem I have with it is that the pages are designed so that the line insert they include in the journal can be used as a template so you can write straight on the pages. Since they are so thin compared to cardstock, the ink from my dip pen and some of my fountain pens can be seen through. It's not bleeding through, there is a difference. But in corners of letters, like the letters "d" and "p" the ink is visible on the other side. If my ink actually did bleed through, I'd have taken a star off.Overall: Worth it. Premium feel.-JJ

I Loved this one, of the wave, as much as I loved all the other ones! Me, being an artist, Im always thinking outside of the box. So I went the extra mile and painted mine. It still can be oiled. But knowing that these are leather and good quality, I knew that I have something really special!!

If you are like me, you are reading the reviews to see if the purchase you might make is worth it. It definately is. The journal is beautiful and sturdy. I plan on using mine daily for years to come.

This totally exceeded my expectations, I needed a permanent notebook that would compliment my Hibonichi calendar management leatrher set ( also a wonderful product) . This is wonderfully crafted and they have really excellent filler books that refill it. I have received many qiuestions rewgarding it and I think some of my associates will also be ordering. if you want a really beautiful and very useful Journal - this si the one .
