Best Office headset
I am a fan of Sennheiser and it never disappoints me. Earlier I was using pc3.1 and pc 8.1 which worked for almost 10 years. They were good too except for wires are little thin.This product pc 3.2 is more superior in the price range and easily outbeats more costlier headsets...exceptional noice cancelling and best sound. Thank you Sennheiser and Amazon and seller.

Good but should have single jack
All good but shud have single jack instead of seperate for audio and calling

Remember ****it is 3.5mm jack for Audio and MIC "NOT COMPATIBLE FOR LAPTOP"
Connecting port is not USB , it is 3.5mm jack for Audio and MIC. You cannot use it for Laptop, it is useful only for Desktop, So be very careful before buying.Amazon won't replace or return this item. So got into trouble after purchase. So bad purchase for me.

Great audio quality
I felt this one is slightly on the bass side compared to other sennheisers that I have used. It might be a matter of preference but I hate bass based audio stuff. I also dislike the way it adjusts on my head. (I have a small head)

Departure from Sennheiser’s tank like build quality
I liked the crystal clear audio output from these headphones. Even the mic produced distortion free voice that the receivers were appreciative of.Cons are it doesn’t have the sound build quality that I associate with Sennheiser (I have had headsets that lasted upwards of 7 years in the past) and connecting it to my Ubuntu system is a hit or miss.

Obsolete use
Has two different pins for mic and headphone. There is no return on this product. I got trapped as it is not compatible with my laptop and I am unable to return it.

About the connectivity with laptop
Headset is having two jacks for audio connection .. which is not good .. need single jack for sound .. it’s very uncomfortable for laptop connection

It has 2 jacks and can be used only in desktop computers
The first point I would like to make is the sound quality is really good but I placed 1 star because this one is purely meant for call centre executives who work on desktop computers. It has 2 jacks; one for headphone and the other for mic. Once purchased can only be replaced and not returned so be careful before making this big amount purchase.
