Q: what size are the rolls? Normal rolls are 2" x 5 yds...are these "mini" rolls?

They are 2", but 5 yards would be an exaggeration. Perhaps stretch out they are 5 yards. I suspect that they are 2.5-3 yards at most. I can't get more than two joints moderately wrapped with one roll.

Q: what is the length of each roll

Each roll is 2.2 yards long and 3 inches wide. If you remove (unroll) it carefully from your arm/leg etc., you can re-use the same roll several times. I used one full roll for my arm and it was the ideal length.

Q: Is it a multi color pack? I'd prefer all tan rolls

Yes, this pack contains several colors, including tan.
