Can install at different angle configurations. My gate had a wide gap, but was able to make these hinges work. Smooth working.

The hinges seem well designed and sturdy, and have enough spring tension to close a gate if it is open at least halfway and let go. It wont close if only opened a few inches, but other than that it does. I would have given 5 stars except that the screws provided are not going to hold up most gates very long. I would say save the provided hardware for making a dollhouse or something and buy bolts to run all the way thru your fence post. A bolt with an allen or star pattern with a low head like a carriage bolt , I think they are called pan heads, would be needed for clearance when hinge is closed. Tomorrow I'm going to redo mine, will update this if possible

It wasEasy to install and at work

I bought these hinges, the magnalatch and all the required adapters for a chain link gate. It was not cheap. When I installed the hinges it became immediately apparent that the gate width was no longer wide enough to attach the latch. They do not explain that these hinges move the gate toward the hinge post much closer than your original hinges. That makes the gate not wide enough any longer.

No trouble installing and it's working as expected.

First off, this does not even fit my chain link fence right even though the description said it would. After installation the gate would not open. Also the screws are cheap and stripped almost immediately. Wish i could have installed them earlier so I could return but my fence installation was pushed back up until this weekend. Make sure you try to install within the time limit. This does not fit a typical chain link like it says.

Good quality, easy to install

These worked for about a week, now not at all. Would not recommend.
