The pieces were smaller than expected. Very little volume to each piece. Only one piece is bendable. Can't remove pieces for washing. Although highlight says ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN on display page, it is not. I am disappointed

Ilove it. I got what a wanted. All pieces are good quality, worse the money. The extention from the duster help me to reach the fans and high walls. I highly recomend it.

I don’t understand why this is not eligible for return! It’s not that great a product except for the long handle and one of the dusters!

What you need to do to avoid the hard plastic tip wrecking your paintwork is to gather some of the fibres over the top and secure it with a hair bobble or elastic band. Worked a treat. Good value product, sturdy enough to get into high corners.

I wanted it to reach up very high into the eves of my garden room to get at the cobwebs and it does the job perfectly. It can be stored easily as it is telescopic.

This set of 2 cleaning tools, a Feather Duster & Domed Cobweb Duster, plus an extendable pole is useful for those hard-to-reach areas of the house.As expected, the cobweb duster is designed for those pesky corners of the ceiling where spiders leave their cobwebs after they've stopped being spiderwebs. They tend to get quite dusty and it's not long before it looks like your house was decorated by the Adams Family. This duster works really well and removes webs very easily. THe other microfibre duster is a bit more lightweight and though it does the job well, it's not the best quality that we've used.The pole is good as long as you don't extend it fully. Once extended to its full height it can't keep the weight of the duster and reach without buckling, which is a shame. However, you can still reach quite a distance without fully extending it and this still works out ok. I'd have liked to see some sort of stopping mechanism built in, though, to stop it getting to this stage in the first place.

Generally I can definitely say I liked them, but there's something that for me doesn't look like a 5 stars product.The set itself is quite complex, nearly professional I'd say - 4 different dusters and a telescopic handle that will rich anywhere.The telescopic pole is strong and won't bend too easy even if pushed or handled a bit stronger.The dusters - apparently they look very good, easy to handle them, use and quite easy to clean them after the cleaning itself.But there's a problem - they're made from some synthetic material that is only spreading the dust, Instead of retaining it somehow. I didn't like 2 of those dusters at all as they're looking good but not doing a good job.Apart from that, packed nicely, compactly and everything was at least as good as expected.But definitely not the perfect product.
