These are such an easy and inexpensive solution to fix pumps that are just a little too big. First off, these stick really well. I’m always hesitant with adhesive products, because the stickiness never seems to last. They’re also nicely padded for comfort. I decided to try them because I had a pair of pumps that I love but was in between sizes. I went with the larger size, but the first time I wore them, they kept slipping off the back of my heel, making it hard to walk. These fixed the issue completely, and I can now safely and comfortably wear those super cute shoes!

They fit well in my shoe (size 7 1/2) and did not cause any blisters! Since the shoes were pretty big on me I had to put two heel guards into it. They stayed in place pretty well, and pulled out easy when I was done with them. They also matched well with shoe (you couldn’t see it at all)

Guy here. I've got a pair of leather boots that are a touch too big and a heel spur rubs against the boot causing blisters and a callus. This product helped my foot find a more snug fit in the boot and more comfort.The product is high quality and has high stickiness but the placement can be pretty tricky and took me a couple tries to get it right. At first the patch would come off and I'd find a bit of sticky goop on my sock. Once I got better applying the patch this didn't happen and my heel didn't hurt . Sometimes my foot would get stuck on the patch as I was inserting my foot but I've started using a shoehorn and this solves the problem. I'm putting on heavy leather boots so I do need to put a good amount of force into the boot so keep this in mind if you're using a pair of shoes that are easier to put on. These boots cost me $200 so I'm willing to be patient with my process. The different colors don't matter to me either so it's like getting a couple free tries before I buy a new set of the sticky patches.

I ordered these to put in a pair of heels I had recently purchased that ended up being a little loose. I couldn’t size down comfortably, so I needed something that helped to keep my shoes from slipping off as I walked. These did the trick! They added cushioning and just the extra support I needed to keep my shoes on my feet without rubbing blisters on my heels. Worth the money and easy to use! They weren’t even noticeable inside my shoes, which is an added bonus! If your shoes rub blisters, are a little loose, or have an uncomfortable heel, these are what you need!

Works exactly as I hoped! My heels were slipping off the back of my foot, but these helped fit them snugly against my foot, and I didn't have any problems with slipping after that. I also added these cushions to the area that supports the ball of my feet for extra comfort. I would not say they are easy to remove and adjust -- once they stick to the insole, they're stuck. Nice product.

I have narrow heels and have always had a hard time with slip on shoes. These pads have worked well with a pair of loafers. I haven't experienced any chafing or slippage and they blend in with the shoe, so the lighter color worked with my white loafers. I think they're a little thick, so if your shoes are already tight, it might be too much, but they fit my shoes perfectly. I've been wearing these shoes weekly for several months and haven't had to change out the pads yet.

Bought these to place in shoes that are slightly too big and my heel slips out. These work great and they stay in place once applied to shoes. I keep extras in my business travel tote as part of my emergency kit since my business travel always includes a lot of walking, and I need to be comfortable but still wear nice designer shoes.

These backings have a strong adhesive so they don't curl up while you're walking. The padding is thick and soft. Also, just a quick thought don't use them on heels or boots that have a heel/back zipper. Unless, the zipper is for looks and sewed in place and not to be zipper up or down. So far they pads have lasted a few months.
