This is a genuine product a 10/10. Only thing to be lookout for the Used product as with me it had happened lookout for a fresh audio interface which is not already registered. For me the 1st time I ordered it was a pre registered and used product that came to me. And since we know it's @amazon. After connecting with customer service team I got a replacement item which was a fresh new item. The studio one artist software is good but there is a learning curve which is to be looked out.

Barring a few initial hiccups due to my old system, as soon as I upgraded the same thanks to their sound tech support this black beast worked like a butter. Right from its installation and set up to recording my vocals, it is redefining smoothness in a new way every single day. I am a beginner who wanted to taste the waters of music production, I am enthralled how this box in conjunction with Studio one have become a sweet reason of doing and learning something new and innovative everyday. Blindly you can bet on it and studio one as a complete daw, even if you are eyeing pro level stuff. I am happy I selected it and Amazon thanks for giving it to me.

The product is good enough for my works and for home studio support

I have JBL studio monitors. When i connect them through this interface, the audio is always clipping and popping but when i connect them directly to computer through aux cable , the monitors work super fine . I don’t know how to fix this

It is very difficult to use this audiobox 96 interface. Sound is distorted. As per my opinion this is not good for beginners for recording.

Recording volume is too low. Can't hear anything.
