Does not work.
The product does not work. It appears to be setup for another company that requires an activation code. My company uses Ringcentral for its phone service, and requires a ip address to set it up. However, you can't get to the ip address without an activation code and Cisco says you have to get the activation code from Ringcentral, which they don't do. So if you use Ringcentral I recommend buying this phone through them.

Good for the price
This desk phone has all the basic functions expected for a budget VoIP desk phone. However, the audio quality in the handset is too poor. It feels like really old tech.
