Fantastic product. Easy to attach to wall and easy to use, especially for the bigger garden as very easy to pull out and allow to independently retract when finished,

First time to have a retractable. Works very well. Can get caught sometimes and requires to be pulled out to allow good alignment of the house wrapping to fully close again. Very convenient

This hose and recoil is not very well made and when I received the unit after mounting it to the wall the hose was pulled out but would not recoil the drum in the unit is very flimsy and is not really up to the job

What can I say, but 10/10. Purchased an item a year ago and have been 100% happy. It developed a fault, contacted their support and whow, a complete replacement. No quibbles, no spend money to send it back, just a replacement. Not only do I recommend, I’ll look at their other items ahead of more established competitors.

Good sturdy product straightforward to install. Only problem I can see is that it doesn’t rotate through 180 degrees, probably more like 120. This would only be a problem if you wanted it to fold flat against the wall.

The design for mounting the hose pipe could have been better .Differcult to get tools on to screws and told to hammer.That is not the design of the screw which if screwed in explains in the plug and grips more strongly

An sich eine geniale Idee, um platzsparend einen 20m Gartenschlauch unterzubringen.Leider ist die Verarbeitungsqualität extrem schlecht (oder ich habe ein bereit defektes Gerät zugeschickt bekommen). Die Achse der Inneren Trommel war bereits ausgerissen - was ich aber erst erkannt habe, als ich den Schlauch zurück "spulen" wollte. Denn der Schaden war mit dem "Giraffe"-Aufkleber überdeckt, ich musste ihn erst lösen, um die Ursache des Problems zu finden. Auch waren beide Hälften der "Über-Trommel" nicht überall fest zusammen. Wäre schade, wenn das alles absichtlich geschehen wäre - von wem auch immer... Ich werde das Teil zurück schicken und doch lieber tiefer in die Tasche greifen, um mir (hoffentlich) bessere Qualität von Gardena zuzulegen...
