I’m not really the type to write reviews which is funny because I order stuff all the time from amazon but this brace is worth writing about. I was skeptical at first about ordering it because I have tried so many different ones but this one has provided me with great support. I work sitting at a desk and tend to hunch a lot throughout the day which causes me to have awful back pains. The brace helps relieve pressure from my Lower back and really does help my posture by pushing my shoulders back without putting strain on my muscles. I ordered an XS because I am very petite. It’s adjustable which is great. I give it a 4-star because the straps can get uncomfortable sometimes under the arms but besides that I am satisfied with it. It’s good quality, true to size, and at an affordable price.

I have an XS, and I still have to tighten it quite a bit to get it to fit properly. The straps have to be really short for me so the plastic adjuster is in my armpits, and it's very uncomfortable to move. Which is a pretty big problem, because I got it specifically for posture support while cleaning. When I am sitting at a desk or doing something that has minimal arm movements it's really nice.Probably wouldn't buy again. Would not recommend to a friend.

The top part doesnt feel like it does much for my upper body posture. However the lower half is great and helps with my sciatica. The upper half no matter how I messed with it was too large on my arms and I could slouch with no visible discomfort. Overall I think it would be great for someone who isnt petite. For reference, I'm 5"1 about 97 pounds give or take.

I was able to use this product a lot while I was at work and it really helped me stay upright in my seat.I sit about 8 hours a day at work and I know I slouch a lot. I didn't feel stiff at all and it felt really comfortable.The sizing fit just right and it sort of felt like a corset, so it really hugged my lower back to keep my back straight as I worked.I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to help support your lower back and if you do sit for long periods of time.Super affordable and really comfy to wear all day too.
