Just what was ordered, no surprised. Well worth it, as I ordered a refurbished phone that did not have a power supply.

Exactly what you wanted
I was concerned that this wouldn't be what I needed, but it turned out to be exactly right. A+ and we've now retired the phones that they were for, without ever a single issue.

The picture clearly shows a power pack with a detachable power cable on the wall side (which is why I chose this unit since it is being plugged into a 240V supply on an Australian wall socket). What came was a plug pack for a US wall socket. Since the cost of shipping was greater than the cost of the item, it is not worth returning, even though it is not usable.
